Jihong Adams-Park, DMA

Pianist and Music Administrator

Dr. Jihon Adams-Park, DMA is the pianist and music administrator at Sunshine Cathedral. Self-taught from age 7, he later trained at Kyungnam Arts High School and Chung-Ang University in South Korea. A prizewinner in multiple competitions, including the 2023 national finals of the American Prize, he is known for his dynamic performances and collaborations.

As a chamber musician, Dr. Adams-Park has performed at renowned venues worldwide, including the University of Miami, Steinway Gallery in Boca Raton, Apple Hill Center in New Hampshire, and the Isidor Bajic Academy in Serbia.

He holds a doctorate in collaborative piano from the University of Maryland, College Park, and master’s degrees from the University of Miami and Florida Atlantic University. His work also includes collaborations with the Palm Beach Symphony, New World Symphony, Delray String Quartet, and Broward College. His is also an associate lecturer at Nova Southeastern University.

Outside of music, Ji enjoys watching movies and travels with his husband.
